Pascal started his carrier in 2002 with JMHS before moving on to expand his horizons. In 2011 he returned to JMHS leading a small team from the North West Office.

He has excavated at the Roman Bath House in Wigan, the Roman town of Penrith in Cumbria, Liverpool dock system, Manchester Moores Mill, Furness Abbey in Cumbria and Liverpool Mann Island World Heritage Site.
